This free standing Mall Kiosk designed for Fitness USA included an integrated computer touch screen. The program allowed the viewer to navigate to various areas of fitness information of interest. It also included a log-in screen to register for a free visit or hand written blanks and deposit slot for those not wanting to use the computer. The program would play the entire presentation with minimal attention. The kiosk design could also be converted to a tri-panel wall display if desired.

Two examples of counter lead boxes used by Fitness USA at participating retail stores for collecting entry blanks in the "Win A Free Membership" program. Each box was printed in 4 color on heavy card stock and die-cut to be assembled on site.
